Properties listed on this site may be reserved either directly through the website or via third-party platforms. The booking process will vary depending on the platform used.
Minimum Age: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
Identification: Valid government-issued identification may be required before or at check-in.
Payments: A deposit or full payment is typically required at the time of booking.
With our two-step payment plan, you pay only 50% at booking – the second 50% is due no more than 30 days before arrival.
When you book direct, we make sure you get a better rate than on other channels – our direct booking bonus applies to all bookings, even if it’s your first.
House Rules: Acceptance of the property’s house rules is required. These may include policies on noise, guest limits, check-in/out times, and use of amenities.
Failure to comply with booking terms may result in cancellation without refund.
The cancellation and refund policy will be clearly stated during the booking process. Typical policies include:
Full Refund: For cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival.
Partial Refund: For cancellations made 60–30 days before arrival.
No Refund: For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.
If the booking is made through a third-party platform (such as Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.), their respective cancellation and refund policies apply and may differ from those listed above.
Guests agree to treat the property and surrounding area with care and respect throughout their stay.
Adherence to House Rules: Guests must comply with all posted or communicated rules.
Occupancy Limits: Only the number of guests specified in the reservation may stay overnight.
Parties & Events: Unauthorized gatherings, parties, or events are strictly prohibited.
Damages: Guests are financially responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning, or lost items caused during their stay.
Pets & Smoking: Unless explicitly allowed, pets and smoking are not permitted on the premises.
Violation of guest responsibilities may result in eviction and/or charges for damage or extra cleaning.
Users agree not to engage in any unauthorized or unlawful activity when using this website.
Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to:
Attempting to breach or compromise site security
Transmitting spam or unsolicited messages
Scraping, duplicating, or misusing content or data from the site
